Welcome to the emerging discipline of culinary medicine. Our evening accredited workshops are dedicated to educating physicians and other health care professionals in an innovative and engaging way by integrating evidence-based nutritional information, chef-led demonstrations, and hands-on kitchen work in a communal and interactive learning environment.
Our first two “Introduction to Culinary Medicine” workshops have now taken place (in Nov/2015) and the evaluations were extremely positive and gratifying. As one example, of those who completed the evaluation question, over 95% would recommend the workshop to their colleagues! Overall, the collective overall rating of the workshop (from 1 to 5, with 5 being exceptional) was 4.5/5.
